With over twenty years of hands-on experience in the processing sector, Robert brings a keen understanding of the supply chain dynamics and environment required to launch a value-added beef product in the marketplace. Fuelled by a passion for success, a commitment to quality, service and confidentiality Robert works with clients in the US and Canada, assisting in the development, coordination and implementation of value-added beef products and commercial beef utilization.
Robert is past president of the Ontario Food Protection Association, currently the vice chair of the Industry Advisory Board to the Alberta Meat Network and is based out of Canada Beef's Mississauga office.
