As a Consumer Studies, Foods major from the University of Guelph, Joyce Parslow first worked with Nestlé brands in marketing services and management of their corporate test kitchen. Moving from chocolate and ice cream to Canadian beef, as Consumer Relations Director, Joyce represents the consumer voice in our marketing and communication strategies and campaigns. Joyce seeks to build trust, affinity and loyalty for Canadian Beef with consumers and their influencers based on product knowledge, and the understanding of consumer audiences and outreach channels. Through direct and partnered consumer initiatives, this role works to build effective consumer campaign and communication strategies for Canadian beef.
